Call for Poets & Community, we need you!

Next week on the evening of THURSDAY August 14, the Dirty Gerund is partnering with the Museum of Worcester (not the art museum, the history one) to put on a bonus ruckus showcase and iron poet qualifier.

What do we need? You at Ralph’s on Monday.

Please attend the regular Dirty Gerund show THIS MONDAY August 11 at 830 PM to sign up for the museum bonus ruckus.

What game are we playing?

Prompt n Circumstance!

We are looking to secure half-a-bakers-dozen-ish poets (is there a collective noun for a group of poets like a heard of cows,,, a babble of bards?)  from the community on Monday to put on the Museum stage Thursday.

At the event, there will be a few prompt n circumstance audience participation opportunities but we want to encourage the event attendees who otherwise can’t make it out on a Monday to fill those slots.

This Monday night we will provide you the object for your prompt n circumstance to take home. That gives you THREE WHOLE DAYS to get creative and bring something to really wow those historians on Thursday night.

This event also gave us several whole weeks to source the selection of objects so,,, you really don’t want to miss this one. We’re going historic and into the archives of Gerund lore with it folks.
