July 15 — Tales from Poetry Town (and Poetry Bazaar), 6 to 7:30 p.m., the Museum of Worcester. Bob Gill will emcee a roundtable discussion featuring Rush Frazier, Dirty Gerund Poetry Show creator (2008 ) – come for Rush & stay for the Bazaar to see what our current Gerund poets have been publishing!

Aug. 14 — Follow the Ruckus, 6 to 7:30 p.m., Museum of Worcester. Spoken-word poetry games with the Dirty Gerund Poetry Show. Poets will be provided objects to write a poem on. Not, necessarily, about, but literally with sharpies onto the random object. Some performers are pre-selected, others can volunteer from the audience! To be followed with an Iron Poet competition where two poets will go head-to-head in our version of qualifier season that’s a little bit but nothing like a poetry slam.
